There are no obligations to commit to a monthly plan! You can sign up for a free 15 minute chat (may be used once) or for a 45 minute session. If it’s right for you, you can purchase a monthly plan.

Yes, if you need to reschedule please let us know a minimum of 48 hours in advance to avoid the $25 cancellation fee. 

Advising Memberships are purchased on a month to month basis. This means that at the end of your first month, you will need to purchase another monthly Advising Membership to continue with the benefits. You will not be automatically charged for a new month and you do not need to “cancel” your membership as it ends each month.

We understand that life gets in the way and you may not be able to make a session. With a minimum of 48 hours notice, you can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment – free of charge. 

If you cancel after the 48 hour requirement up to 30 minutes before the start of your session, you will incur a $25 fee. 

If you do not cancel your session or you cancel within 30 minutes before the start of the session, you will be counted as a “no show” and you will still be charged for the session.

At this time, we do not offer refunds for sessions you have already attended. Note that missed or “no show” sessions cannot be refunded (Please be sure to cancel or reschedule a minimum of 48 hours in advance to avoid this occurence).

In the event that I have an emergency and need to cancel, you will be fully refunded the price of the session. 

No. Healed Entertainers offers advising and coaching to people aged 18 and over. We do not advise and/or coach minors at this time.
